Dunstable Lions Running Club

Dunstable Lions RC is a running club based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire that is open to everyone that loves the sport of running. We are an encouraging friendly group of individuals that enjoy the buzz of racing, running and competing as a team, while also enjoying doing an activity we love with like-minded people. If you are a runner who is looking for some people to run with, then you should consider running with us. We will make you feel welcome right upon joining and would love to get you involved with our club activities! The club caters for all abilities, however due to the nature of the activities we run, we do expect runners to be able to run at least 5k before they join us.

Our main training meet up is on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm, at Dunstable Leisure Centre but we also do club meetups on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Membership to the club is currently £10 (additional EA membership is available for £16)

Back to Running with the Dunstable Lions

For anyone who is looking to get back into running, or anyone who has recently taken up the sport, we do a free club meetup every Monday at 6:45pm. This is for a social group run of approximately 5k, and we meet at the Dunstable Leisure Centre. The pace for this casual run is very relaxed with regular regrouping so nobody is left behind.
